iPop means internet pop. We’re exploring what happens when a serious approach to developing talent meets the reach of the internet.

A long-term ambition. A small, real beginning.

The ambition is a worldwide path from discovery to development, group formation, production, and distribution. K-pop offers one lens on that system. Schools and sporting academies offer another: sustained practice, thoughtful coaching, and the right environment for talent to grow.

This first release is a free editorial explorer. XG and NewJeans anchor the creative curiosity behind it. XGALX is the first company-side spotlight. These are starting points chosen by iPop, not endorsements or rankings.

We do not currently run an academy, hold auditions, provide representation, or offer training. There is no application fee, membership, or waitlist.

Independent by design

iPop at ipop.world is independent of all featured artists and companies. It is also unrelated to the iPOP! talent convention at ipopla.com. Artist and company names identify the subjects of commentary; the abstract artwork is original and does not depict the artists.

Privacy

This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits and page visits. It does not ask you to create an account, enter an email address, or submit personal information. Search and category filters run in your browser; we do not send their contents as analytics events.

Vercel hosts the site and may process request information to deliver and secure it. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation for details. Following an external link takes you to a separate site with its own policies.
